Job Description
Business Development Manager driving growth of H.B. Fuller’s commercial roofing portfolio across EIMEA. Collaborating with sales and technical teams to deliver innovative adhesive solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of H.B. Fuller’s commercial roofing portfolio across the EIMEA region
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with commercial, technical, and marketing teams to deliver innovative adhesive solutions
- Expand market presence
- Manage complex accounts
- Represent H.B. Fuller as a trusted partner
- Travel 30–50% across EIMEA; US as needed
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in sales/BD/account management
- Roofing market experience
- Complex, multi‑site account management
- Fluent English; work authorization in hiring country
- Willing to travel 30–50%
- Adhesives or construction materials background (preferred)
- OEM/distribution experience in building products (preferred)
- Additional European language(s) (preferred)
- Proven revenue growth in matrixed environments (preferred)
