Job Description

Business Development Manager generating sales leads and managing accounts for Resonant Clinical Solutions. Engaging new customers and managing existing relationships to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads using multiple methods
  • Track close-win and pipeline creation targets
  • Manage assigned existing accounts by regular customer meetings
  • Engage new target accounts and manage the qualification process
  • Support customer contract negotiations and liaise with legal
  • Close and win business from both existing and new customers
  • Prepare and present within key accounts at Quarterly Business Review meetings
  • Follow up with customers post sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Build, maintain, expand and grow key customer relationships
  • Travel to visit customers and represent the company at trade shows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/applicable experience
  • 5+ years of business development
  • Proven track record of verifiable sales success
  • Business-to-business sales experience
  • Knowledge of effective business development approaches in the Biopharma industry is preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
