Job Description

Business Development Manager selling PatientFi’s point-of-sale healthcare financing to elective medical practices. Managing territory growth across Hartford, Boston, and surrounding Northeast states.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close elective medical practices on the value of PatientFi’s financing and membership offerings
  • Partner with the Practice Success Team to transition newly enrolled practices and drive rapid usage of the PatientFi platform
  • Conduct regular field travel up to 50–60% to prospect new accounts, onboard newly enrolled practices, and foster partner relationships
  • Collaborate with industry partners to obtain and convert practice prospects
  • Respond promptly to practice inquiries and partner questions
  • Update and manage practice interactions via the PatientFi CRM platform
  • Provide “Voice of the Practice” feedback internally to align products and sales strategies with market needs
  • Travel to industry conferences and similar opportunities as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned

Requirements:

  • Applicants must live in the Hartford/Boston territory
  • 3-5 years of sales-related experience
  • Thorough understanding of the aesthetic industry and associated treatment plans and product offerings
  • Ability to navigate elective medical practices (medical spas, plastic surgery practices, dermatology practices, etc.) and connect with decision-makers
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas, top-performer
  • Independent worker and proven self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to overcome objections
  • Strong attention to detail, including tracking sales efforts in Customer Relationship Management systems
  • High energy and eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving processes, systems, etc.
  • Ability to multitask, self-manage, and operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; PatientFi is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa
