Job Description

B2B Appointment Setting Specialist engaging with decision-makers and scheduling appointments for senior executives. Conducting cold calls to generate interest in digital marketing solutions during US business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional cold calling campaigns to B2B prospects from a provided database to generate genuine interest in comprehensive marketing services
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for senior executives (including the SVP of Delivery and CEO) with qualified, decision-ready prospects
  • Articulate and present an extensive suite of digital marketing services including CRM solutions, website development, Google advertising, social media campaigns, content marketing, and complete digital transformation packages
  • Utilize provided scripts and training materials while demonstrating adaptability to customize conversations based on individual prospect needs and pain points
  • Maintain meticulous records of all call activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline progression using company CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless hand-off of qualified appointments and continuous improvement of outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting with demonstrable success in engaging business decision-makers
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, confident phone presence that builds trust and credibility
  • Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers, navigating complex organizational structures
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern dialing software platforms, with ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with resilience and persistence in a performance-based environment
  • Full availability to work US Eastern Standard Time business hours to maximize prospect engagement
  • Previous experience working with marketing agencies or digital marketing services is strongly preferred but not required for exceptional candidates
  • Goal-oriented approach with ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets.
