Job Description

Director of Business Development at Bluefin selling mission-critical SaaS security products. Driving market penetration across various verticals independently with a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expertise across Bluefin’s products
  • Create a personal Business Plan for revenue generation
  • Own end-to-end pipeline management
  • Proactively generate new business through prospecting
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle independently
  • Prepare and deliver Sales presentations

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of SaaS Sales experience
  • Consultative Sales performance record selling security-related products
  • Proven ability to leverage network for lead generation
  • Results-oriented and effective at managing multiple leads
  • Proficient in LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
