Job Description
Lead Generation Representative driving sales opportunities for waste management. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote sustainability initiatives in remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Research and identify new business opportunities across various industries
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with potential customers to understand their needs
- Book meetings and set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead data, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Support marketing-led campaigns by promptly following up on inbound leads
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategies
- Stay informed on market trends and share competitive insights with the team
- Represent the company at virtual meetings or industry events when needed
- Take on other projects or tasks as assigned to support sales goals
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven success in lead generation, sales, or outbound prospecting roles
- Clear written and verbal fluency in English
- Motivated by goals and metrics, with a drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and activities
- Ability to handle objections and stay resilient in the face of rejection
- High emotional intelligence: you’re empathetic, open-minded, and adaptable
