Job Description
Business Development Specialist responsible for promoting client products via telephone at Amplity. Engage HCPs to maximize product potential and maintain relationships while collaborating with field teams.
Responsibilities:
- Engage Health Care Professionals in telephone conversations to promote assigned client products
- Maximize the product’s selling potential and meet program and Client objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs
- Educate HCPs about product features, benefits, safety, approved indications, and loyalty program platform
- Utilize approved tools for product promotion
- Maintain a competent level of product and customer activity knowledge
- Collaborate with Client field-based teams and management
- Conduct on-site practice visits for in-services as needed
- Effectively communicate with customers using proper terminology and approved messaging
- Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness
- Profile and manage targeted list of accounts
- Create and implement business plans to achieve business goals
- Verify and complete required data entry in CRM systems
- Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions
- Prepare reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience
- Flexibility to cover multiple time zones
- Ability to travel to office sites if needed
- Willingness to cover all time zones if needed
- Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training
- Excellent technical skills with Microsoft office and other programs as needed.
