Job Description

Sr. Manager for MSP Business Development at ThreatDown, focusing on recruitment of high-value MSP Partners across North America. Leading strategic networking and revenue growth initiatives and collaborating closely with the Global VP.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Global VP of MSP to identify high-value targets, refine displacement strategies, and close complex, large-scale deals
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Large to Mid-sized MSPs
  • Spend time in the field and in the boardroom—not on the keynote stage
  • Leverage an extensive network of North American industry relationships to engage directly with MSP principals, CEOs, and CTOs
  • Focus exclusively on the acquisition of new logos and rapid expansion of endpoints within the first 120 days of partnership
  • Articulate the business value and technical superiority of the ThreatDown stack to sophisticated North American MSP owners
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches and business cases tailored to the economic drivers of the North American IT services market

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in North American IT/Cybersecurity sales
  • Proven track record of recruiting and closing large-scale MSP partners as an individual contributor
  • Deep understanding of the North American MSP business model, including NOC/SOC operations, RMM integration, and the economics of per-endpoint pricing
  • Elite listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to provide real-time North American market intelligence
