Job Description

Business Development Representative helping to grow GovPilot’s sales efforts in SaaS for local governments. Addressing complex challenges and providing innovative solutions for public sector clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex and meaningful challenges to improve communities.
  • Help grow and scale sales efforts across new states.
  • Organize work and life focusing on impact and results.
  • Contribute to a supportive work environment for personal growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience, preferably in Gov-Tech SaaS, or related sector.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending conferences and events.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and public sector sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot and Gong.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies such as MEDDIC.
