Job Description

Account Manager/BIZ Specialist driving growth at Fintech Remitee by identifying business opportunities and managing client relationships. Collaborating with teams to ensure service delivery and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis in the remittances and international payments industry across key regions.
  • Design and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
  • Create compelling, customized presentations to communicate Remitee's value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Support active management of existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure seamless service integration and execution.
  • Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within fintech, payments, banking, or digital wallet industries (preferred).
  • Experience developing commercial partnerships in LATAM and/or the U.S. is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Advanced English is required.
