Job Description
Account Manager/BIZ Specialist driving growth at Fintech Remitee by identifying business opportunities and managing client relationships. Collaborating with teams to ensure service delivery and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis in the remittances and international payments industry across key regions.
- Design and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
- Create compelling, customized presentations to communicate Remitee's value proposition to prospective clients.
- Support active management of existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships.
- Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure seamless service integration and execution.
- Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within fintech, payments, banking, or digital wallet industries (preferred).
- Experience developing commercial partnerships in LATAM and/or the U.S. is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
- Advanced English is required.
