Job Description
Business Practices and Project Consultant responsible for leading projects improving global operations. Collaborating with international teams while addressing issues for Zurich's largest clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading projects that support global strategic and operations priorities
- Identify manual processes, or issues that cause delay
- Suggest and drive system enhancements, process improvements and learning/documentation needs
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve US RC workflows
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Multinational Programs for Zurich
- Deal with largest customers' important issues (reinsurance, bookings, prioritization, etc.)
- Identify learning needs and work with teams to implement training/documentation
- Collaborate with other countries to optimize customer experience
- Engage in new and ongoing projects
- Review new initiatives for potential impacts and support backlogs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, International Relations, or a closely related field of study
- 2 years of experience in the job offered, or as an International Insurance Analyst, Underwriting Specialist, or similar position
- 2 years of experience with driving improvements in servicing metrics and rework
- 2 years of experience with fostering network relationships
- 2 years of experience with working with international insurance systems
- 2 years of experience interacting with national and international teams
- 2 years of experience collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance international workflows
- 2 years of experience acting as an expert on international processes and programs, including Neo, IPs, MIA, and NCS
- 1 year of experience supporting outstanding issues for largest clients
- Must have IPZ Certification
