Job Description

Business Practices and Project Consultant responsible for leading projects improving global operations. Collaborating with international teams while addressing issues for Zurich's largest clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading projects that support global strategic and operations priorities
  • Identify manual processes, or issues that cause delay
  • Suggest and drive system enhancements, process improvements and learning/documentation needs
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve US RC workflows
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Multinational Programs for Zurich
  • Deal with largest customers' important issues (reinsurance, bookings, prioritization, etc.)
  • Identify learning needs and work with teams to implement training/documentation
  • Collaborate with other countries to optimize customer experience
  • Engage in new and ongoing projects
  • Review new initiatives for potential impacts and support backlogs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, International Relations, or a closely related field of study
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered, or as an International Insurance Analyst, Underwriting Specialist, or similar position
  • 2 years of experience with driving improvements in servicing metrics and rework
  • 2 years of experience with fostering network relationships
  • 2 years of experience with working with international insurance systems
  • 2 years of experience interacting with national and international teams
  • 2 years of experience collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance international workflows
  • 2 years of experience acting as an expert on international processes and programs, including Neo, IPs, MIA, and NCS
  • 1 year of experience supporting outstanding issues for largest clients
  • Must have IPZ Certification
