Job Description
Channel & Territory Sales Manager at Rockwell Automation driving sales growth through partnerships in Mexico. A seasoned professional managing strategic initiatives and partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with current and prospective channel partners in the Mexico market.
- Drive business growth by leveraging channel partnerships and aligning short-term sales activities with long-term strategic goals.
- Effectively coordinate internal sales resources to meet partner performance objectives.
- Address any sales-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain strong partner relationships.
- Ensure partner compliance with channel programs and agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; a master's degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience in channel management or related sales roles, preferably within the engineering sector in the Mexico market.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to balance short-term sales goals with long-term objectives.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with channel partners at all levels.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities to resolve sales conflicts and facilitate collaboration.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Analytical skills to monitor partner sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel as required, approximately 60% of the time.
