Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for planning and executing sales strategies in Leipzig. Collaborating with experts to develop customer-specific solutions in logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

  • You are independently responsible for planning and managing all sales activities in your territory
  • In addition to acquiring new customers, you will also manage and support our existing customer base on site
  • Together with our experts, you will develop customer-specific, tailored solutions for our clients
  • You monitor market developments and maintain existing contacts to further expand our network and our brand

Requirements:

  • A commercial qualification with good technical understanding, or a technical qualification with solid commercial knowledge
  • Several years of field sales experience selling technically complex products and/or capital goods and/or experience in project-based business is desirable
  • High degree of initiative and persuasiveness, as well as confident communication skills across different hierarchical levels
  • Ability to read technical drawings and good spatial visualization skills — you will learn to create AutoCAD drawings with us
