Job Description

Sales Representative managing store construction projects in Germany for KORTE Einrichtungen GmbH. Focusing on client needs and developing innovative store concepts in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and take ownership of your sales territory
  • Keep an eye on the needs and requirements of your existing clients
  • Identify and develop new approaches to client acquisition within your territory
  • Develop future-oriented retail fit-out concepts together with architects and planners
  • Stay informed about new-build/renovation projects and site development

Requirements:

  • Bring a strong sales instinct and a proven track record — ideally from technical and/or high-value capital goods, shopfitting/retail fit-out, woodworking, interior fittings or similar
  • Your professional demeanor combined with the ability to negotiate with decision-makers on equal terms makes you successful in field sales
  • Strong implementation skills and an affinity for a hands-on industry
  • Be a team player and an effective communicator who values collaboration with your specialist team and enjoys shared success
