Job Description
Chief Revenue Officer accountable for revenue generation and growth strategy at Netfor. Leading Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to ensure efficient operations and measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Accountability for all activities generating revenue for Netfor
- Lead and align Sales, Marketing, and Client Success under a unified revenue strategy
- Ensure the entire revenue engine operates with discipline and measurable impact
- Drive growth through market positioning and customer relationships
- Establish disciplined revenue operations framework including forecasting and performance tracking
Requirements:
- Proven executive leadership in revenue-generating functions (CRO, CMO, SVP Sales/Marketing or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience managing multi-disciplinary GTM teams
- Success scaling B2B services revenue
- Commercial and operational expertise in forecasting and revenue operations
- Data-driven decision-maker with analytical skills
- Proven ability to hire and develop high-performing go-to-market teams
