Job Description
Client Growth Advisor enabling B2B service business growth through paid acquisition strategies. Leading high-impact sessions with founders for performance-driven guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead High-Impact Drop-In Sessions
- Host live Zoom sessions where multiple founders join for tactical, real-time guidance
- Rapidly assess ad performance, funnel conversion, and outbound alignment
- Keep sessions structured, decisive, and revenue-focused
- Ensure every client leaves with clear next steps tied to measurable growth
- Act as a Principal Advisor to Founders
- Advise on offer, niche, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Help founders commit to one primary acquisition channel (paid or outbound)
- Challenge assumptions using performance data (CAC, CPL, SQL quality)
- Balance directness with trust, clients feel guided, not sold to
- Paid Ads & Performance Strategy Leadership
- Audit live ad accounts (Meta / Google / LinkedIn)
- Diagnose targeting, creative, funnel, and conversion leaks
- Explain trade-offs clearly: scale vs efficiency, speed vs brand, volume vs quality
- Align acquisition strategy with realistic revenue timelines
- Translate Strategy Into 90-Day Execution
- Anchor each client to a clear 30–90 day roadmap tied to revenue targets
- Convert strategy into weekly execution priorities
- Set explicit boundaries on what the client owns vs what the platform/team delivers
- Reinforce accountability without micromanagement
- Multi-Client Context Switching & Internal Alignment
- Confidently manage multiple clients within a single session
- Capture decisions, blockers, and commitments cleanly
- Hand off clear notes to internal teams to reduce friction
- Act as a signal amplifier between clients and delivery teams
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years running or scaling paid ads for B2B / service businesses
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Direct experience closing deals yourself (not just managing sales teams)
- Deep familiarity with paid acquisition and outbound as growth channels
- Strong consultative communication — able to challenge while maintaining trust
- High executive presence on video calls
- Comfortable screensharing ad accounts, funnels, and CRMs live
