Job Description
Recruiter responsible for hiring locum physicians and advanced practice providers at USACS. Engaging with candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding operational teams.
Responsibilities:
- The SMART Clinical Recruiter hires qualified locum physicians and advanced practice providers.
- This includes networking and communicating with candidates and potential candidates leads, setting up and conducting interviews, and building and maintaining applicant relationships for current and future needs.
- Recruiter will also work with operational teams during the credentialing and onboarding process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of recruiting, sales, or related experience in a production setting
