Job Description
Staffing Specialist managing relationships between talent and clients in staffing sector. Focused on manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial roles with a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of daily activity including outbound calls, candidate outreach, resume review, and consistent follow-up with both talent and clients.
- Recruit and place top talent for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial roles through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support and coach your talent throughout their assignments — checking in regularly, offering feedback, and helping them grow.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their workforce needs, conducting regular check-ins, and delivering thoughtful hiring solutions.
- Drive growth by skill-marketing standout candidates, collaborating with sales, and identifying new opportunities to serve clients.
- Keep operations running smoothly by supporting tasks like payroll, timekeeping, and compliance.
