Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for full-cycle recruiting at Acuity Inc. Collaborating with hiring managers and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for salaried openings, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on hiring priorities, and provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation, and timeline
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and targeted research
- Screen and assess candidates using behavioral and competency‑based interviewing techniques to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview processes, ensure timely feedback, and deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Partner with HR and compensation teams to support offer development, presentation, and negotiation
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system and leverage recruiting metrics to inform continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
- 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Proven experience recruiting for corporate, technical, and/or manufacturing roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize work, and operate with a high sense of urgency.
