Job Description
Remote collections representative recovering past-due accounts for Progressive Leasing’s lease-to-own business. Handling customer calls and support while working assigned weekday and Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls
- Collect on accounts that are past due
- Provide top-tier support and service to customers
- Complete mandatory virtual training for five weeks
- Work assigned weekday and Saturday shifts
- Use multiple software applications and screens simultaneously
- Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction to move the application forward
Requirements:
- Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
- Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ
- Must have a designated home-based workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Must have a wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds; wireless, DSL, and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible
- Full-time mandatory virtual training for 5 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, with 100% attendance required
- Full-time availability for weekday shifts between 6:00AM-8:00PM
- Saturdays required, 6:30AM-3:00PM
- Spanish fluency is eligible for a 5% hourly pay increase
- Must complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after submitting the application
- Must be open to learning and adapting as AI-enabled tools and workflows expand

- Specific evening hours and weekend hours earn more hourly
