Job Description
Remote Collections Representative collecting overdue accounts and assisting customers for Progressive Leasing, a lease-to-own FinTech provider. Handling inbound and outbound calls from within 60 miles of El Paso.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls
- Collect on accounts that are past due
- Provide top-tier support and service to customers
- Complete five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
- Work full-time weekday shifts between 6:00AM-8:00PM
- Work required Saturdays from 6:30AM-3:00PM
- Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after submitting the application
Requirements:
- Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
- Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be located within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX
- Must have a designated home-based workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Must have a wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds
- Wireless, DSL, and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with the systems
- 100% attendance required during five-week mandatory virtual training
- Verified Spanish fluency qualifies for a 5% hourly pay increase
