Job Description
Remote collections representative handling inbound and outbound calls for Progressive Leasing’s lease-to-own business. Collecting past-due accounts and providing customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls
- Collect on accounts that are past due
- Provide top-tier support and service to customers
- Complete five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training
- Complete a 10-minute Virtual Introduction after submitting the application
Requirements:
- Customer Service and prior collections experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
- Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT
- Must have a designated home-based workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
- Must have a wired internet connection with at least 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload; wireless, DSL, and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible
- 100% attendance required during five weeks of mandatory virtual training
- Verified Spanish fluency qualifies for a 5% hourly pay increase
