Job Description
Commercial Account Executive responsible for SaaS sales growth across EMEA. Focusing on customer acquisition and exceeding revenue targets in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle, bringing new customers on board and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Identify and engage high-potential prospects aligned with Drata’s ICP
- Build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline while developing deep expertise in your assigned region
- Execute creative outbound and partnership strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Partner with senior executives to uncover business challenges and guide them through an efficient, consultative buying process
- Surface product and market insights based on direct customer and partner feedback
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years closing new business
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments strongly preferred
- A strong outbound mindset, prospecting and closing new business is core to how you operate
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to turn ideas into execution
- Resourcefulness and resilience when navigating obstacles or ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to build trust with customers at all levels
- Confidence paired with humility. You seek feedback, ask questions, and are always focused on improving your craft
