Job Description
Contract Administrator managing Gracenote sales agreements for Nielsen’s sports and media data business. Drafting SaaS and licensed data contracts across international sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of sales agreements, including drafting, execution, renewal, and termination
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to prepare, draft, and tailor SaaS agreements
- Draft licensed data agreements for Video, Sports, Studio System, Music, and Auto verticals
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to streamline contract workflows, maintain compliance, and facilitate timely execution
- Implement and uphold contracting standards and ensure agreements adhere to legal requirements and strategic objectives
- Work with Sales Leadership to prioritize agreements, coordinate approvals, and finalize terms with Legal
- Implement new contract acceptance policies and procedures
- Use Salesforce to generate, oversee, and update contracts while maintaining data hygiene and integrity
- Support Gracenote's Sales team across international and domestic time zones
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of experience in contract administration or related role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of contract law and business practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and contract management software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Salesforce
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is a plus
