Job Description
Contract Operations Administrator supporting Aledade's Growth and Performance Teams in drafting contracts and ensuring compliance with Medicare requirements. Collaborating with Salesforce Team to maintain contracting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Create and send contracts via the Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
- Support the Salesforce Team in ad-hoc requests to ensure data hygiene in our system.
- Support the ACO Administration Team with MSSP Application related tasks, including but not limited to submitting and QAing practice applications to CMS, and supporting the business throughout the year with various administrative activities throughout the year to ensure compliance with the MSSP regulations.
Requirements:
- BA or BS required
- 3+ years progressive working experience
- Prior experience drafting contracts in a CLM tool
- Prior experience working in Salesforce
- Demonstrated project management skills, highly organized , attention to detail.
- Self-motivated to work independently to deliver positive business results.
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing a substantial workload in a fast -paced environment.
- Ability to provide excellent, time-sensitive, solutions-oriented, strategic contracting support to internal and external stakeholders
