Job Description
Cybersecurity Recruiter leading recruitment for GRC-focused roles at Workstreet. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage full-cycle recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity roles including GRC analysts, compliance managers, and other related roles
- Source and vet candidates with deep knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and related security/compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft role requirements, scorecards, and interview processes
- Manage pipelines and reporting through Workstreet’s internal tools and ATS system (currently Rippling)
- Drive outreach strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and Workstreet’s growing candidate network
- Stay on top of trends in cloud security, regulatory compliance, and the cybersecurity talent landscape
- Promote Workstreet’s commitment to building high-performing teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical or cybersecurity recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Proven success hiring for roles aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GRC professionals, and other security compliance frameworks
- Strong sourcing skills and an understanding of technical terminology in security, risk, and infrastructure
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with modern ATS systems, such as Rippling
- Bonus: Familiarity with security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) and their relevance to role requirements.
