Job Description

Corporate Account Director implementing account access strategies for Takeda Oncology. Leading collaboration across internal teams to enhance product access and drive business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the account access strategy for assigned McKesson accounts
  • Ensure product access for our Oncology portfolio by leading the pull-through of Takeda contracts
  • Inform contracting strategy evolution by bringing forward market insights
  • Develop and implement McKesson specific initiatives for key accounts
  • Partner with Insights & Analytics on dashboards and reporting priorities
  • Coach the McKesson matrix team to develop strong DSAM relationships
  • Track and communicate GPO performance and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business discipline
  • 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry
  • GPO contracting, Sales management or account management team leadership experience preferred
  • Experience influencing business partners in a matrix environment
  • Expert level understanding of oncology market and current trends impacting the GPO segment
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead projects
  • Previous pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry people management experience preferred
