Job Description
Freelance Principal Recruiter for Typeform, a form-builder serving 150,000+ businesses. Owning full-cycle hiring across technical, commercial, and business roles.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive 8–12 active roles simultaneously across technical, commercial, and business functions
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines, focusing on sourcing passive talent
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, and hiring strategy
- Run structured hiring processes from intake through offer
- Drive proactive stakeholder communication and maintain momentum
- Deliver a strong candidate experience while maintaining a consistent hiring bar
- Close candidates by building trust, alignment, and long-term fit
- Operate as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner across technical and business roles
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a global SaaS or technology company
- Comfortable hiring across both technical and business roles
- Strong sourcing capability, including identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates
- Confidence in assessing talent and contributing to high-quality hiring decisions
- Strong stakeholder management
- High ownership and autonomy, with comfort operating at speed with limited direction
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments
