Job Description
Revenue Operations Manager overseeing healthcare payor escalations for DaVita. Driving legal, contracting, and analytics strategies to resolve complex claim payment issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational oversight of contracted payor escalations, including settlements, legal escalations, and support for contract negotiations
- Develop strategy to drive escalations to resolution
- Manage large escalations and projects with ROPS, Legal and Contracting partners, and external insurance companies
- Resolve complex and large claim payment issues through legal and contracting channels
- Collaborate to prevent recurring issues
- Set team goals, motivate the team, and ensure work product meets standards
- Manage projects, prioritize competing priorities, and deliver on deadlines
- Prepare and deliver audience-tailored communications
- Identify barriers and implement solutions
- Build high-performing teams and develop leaders
- Generate strategic insights and translate strategy into actionable opportunities
- Identify stakeholders and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior audiences
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/equivalency – Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel – Required
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle – Required
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Collections – Preferred
- Ability to work with ROPS, Legal and Contracting partners, and external insurance companies
- Ability to manage large escalations and projects with multiple participants and stakeholders
- Ability to prepare and deliver effective communications tailored to different audiences
- Ability to generate strategic insights and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior audiences
