Job Description
Country Manager leading expansion and business operations in Morocco's FX and CFD market. Ensuring compliance, driving growth, and managing local team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the company’s comprehensive business strategy to establish and expand its market share in Morocco.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team, including business development, sales, and marketing professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Institutional clients.
- Manage the country’s P&L, ensuring revenue targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner/client needs to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the company’s official representative in Morocco, enhancing brand visibility through networking, industry events, and media engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FX and CFD brokerage industry.
- Proven track record in business development and team leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of the Moroccan financial market and regulatory environment.
- Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is required.
