Job Description

Customer Account Manager ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery for clients. Building relationships and fostering operational excellence for strategic account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with core client stakeholders
  • Proactively spot potential risks to account health or opportunities for growth
  • Independently create and present comprehensive quarterly client reviews (QBRs)
  • Host and lead engaging training sessions for platform users
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years in Strategic Account Management or Management Consulting
  • Exceptional data analytics skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira, Navattic, or Zapier is a significant plus
  • Experience in Foodservice industry is highly preferred
