Job Description
Customer Account Manager ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery for clients. Building relationships and fostering operational excellence for strategic account management.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with core client stakeholders
- Proactively spot potential risks to account health or opportunities for growth
- Independently create and present comprehensive quarterly client reviews (QBRs)
- Host and lead engaging training sessions for platform users
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in Strategic Account Management or Management Consulting
- Exceptional data analytics skills
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira, Navattic, or Zapier is a significant plus
- Experience in Foodservice industry is highly preferred
