Job Description
Kundenbetreuer:in für Marketingservices zur Betreuung und Beratung von Bestandskunden. Erstellung, Präsentation und Überwachung von Marketingstrategien in einem dynamischen Team.
Responsibilities:
- Support and advise existing clients in the area of marketing services
- Develop and present tailored marketing strategies to clients
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns
- Analyze and evaluate campaign results to optimize future projects
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of customer focus
