Job Description
Account Executive at Freshworks expanding presence in Higher Education SaaS solutions. Engaging clients and optimizing productivity and satisfaction through advanced ITSM and EX software.
Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in expanding Freshworks’ footprint within Higher Education institutions
- Engage multiple stakeholders across colleges and universities
- Deliver customized ITSM and EX solutions
- Empower institutions to drive productivity and employee satisfaction
- Thrive in complex sales processes with high-budget deals and medium-to-long sales cycles
- Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies
- Collaborate with diverse decision-makers
- Build, maintain, and execute a robust sales pipeline
- Create and present compelling value propositions
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales
- Strong experience in ITSM and EX solution selling
- Prior experience selling to Higher Education institutions is a strong plus
- Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience with ITSM solutions and EX platforms designed to improve faculty and staff productivity and engagement
- Mastery in solution selling and pipeline management
- Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
