Job Description

Account Executive at Freshworks expanding presence in Higher Education SaaS solutions. Engaging clients and optimizing productivity and satisfaction through advanced ITSM and EX software.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in expanding Freshworks’ footprint within Higher Education institutions
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across colleges and universities
  • Deliver customized ITSM and EX solutions
  • Empower institutions to drive productivity and employee satisfaction
  • Thrive in complex sales processes with high-budget deals and medium-to-long sales cycles
  • Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies
  • Collaborate with diverse decision-makers
  • Build, maintain, and execute a robust sales pipeline
  • Create and present compelling value propositions
  • Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales
  • Strong experience in ITSM and EX solution selling
  • Prior experience selling to Higher Education institutions is a strong plus
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM solutions and EX platforms designed to improve faculty and staff productivity and engagement
  • Mastery in solution selling and pipeline management
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
