Job Description

Customer Care Representative ensuring exceptional service to customers, handling requests, and scheduling. Interacting via phone, email, and chat in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service
  • Interact with customers for information about services
  • Intake service requests and respond to complaints
  • Schedule technical staff and handle calls to the service desk
  • Triage reported issues and document in ticketing system
  • Engage with customers via email, live chat, and other methods

Requirements:
