Job Description
Customer Engagement Manager at myKaarma overseeing client relationships and operational success in automotive service. Engaging with dealerships to drive platform adoption and performance improvements.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 4–8 years of directly relevant experience in the automotive industry
- Deep familiarity with automotive fixed operations
- Strategic Problem Solving skills
- Change Management Acumen
- Previous roles in fixed ops leadership, performance consulting, or success management are highly preferred
- Highly self-motivated and capable of operating with minimal oversight
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
