Customer Engagement Manager at myKaarma overseeing client relationships and operational success in automotive service. Engaging with dealerships to drive platform adoption and performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 4–8 years of directly relevant experience in the automotive industry
  • Deep familiarity with automotive fixed operations
  • Strategic Problem Solving skills
  • Change Management Acumen
  • Previous roles in fixed ops leadership, performance consulting, or success management are highly preferred
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of operating with minimal oversight
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
