Job Description
Danish-speaking customer service agent supporting customers remotely in Greece for Mercier Consultancy Group, an international recruitment and BPO firm. Handling phone, email, chat, CRM records, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication platforms
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and accurately
- Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems
- Communicate product or service updates, policy changes, and relevant information to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Contribute to team culture, share best practices, and participate in ongoing training and development initiatives
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Danish language skills, spoken and written, are essential
- A valid EU passport is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer support, customer care, or contact centre experience is advantageous
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and multi-channel support systems
- Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer enquiries and issue resolution
