Job Description

Customer Service Representative managing phone calls for diverse businesses; enhancing customer experiences through effective communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls professionally for a diverse range of businesses and professionals.
  • Accurately take and promptly deliver messages with a touch of flair.
  • Book appointments using user-friendly software like Calendly, making scheduling a breeze.
  • Transfer calls efficiently, following established protocols and adding your friendly touch.
  • Address callers' needs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to continuously improve service quality and inject fun into our processes.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • An outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality and attitude.
  • A sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
  • Familiarity with AI Tools and a quick learning ability.
  • A quiet work environment and reliable equipment.
  • A stable internet connection and a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Availability for a 9-hour shift between 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
