Job Description

Virtual Assistant providing administrative and operational support for clients in remote settings. Responsibilities include scheduling, data management, and customer support during US business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support: Calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence
  • Manage projects, ensure timely task completion, and maintain organized documentation
  • Update spreadsheets, prepare reports, and perform data entry as needed
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent service via email, chat, or phone
  • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and assist with content creation (Optional)
  • Provide flexible support based on client needs

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote role
  • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable using online tools and learning new systems quickly
  • Ability to work during US business hours
