Job Description
Virtual Assistant providing administrative and operational support for clients in remote settings. Responsibilities include scheduling, data management, and customer support during US business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support: Calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence
- Manage projects, ensure timely task completion, and maintain organized documentation
- Update spreadsheets, prepare reports, and perform data entry as needed
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent service via email, chat, or phone
- Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and assist with content creation (Optional)
- Provide flexible support based on client needs
Requirements:
- At least 1 year as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote role
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using online tools and learning new systems quickly
- Ability to work during US business hours
