Job Description

Customer Success Manager at Kadince, providing support for financial professionals remotely. Responsible for onboarding and ensuring customer satisfaction while helping them use software tools effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and onboarding for financial professionals
  • Assist customers in using the software effectively
  • Review emails and respond to customer requests
  • Log customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Work collaboratively with team members and clients
  • Set and meet KPIs for customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in the financial industry
  • Experience with community involvement, CRA, complaints, or marketing
  • Compassionate with a lot of empathy
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need every moment of the day planned
  • Desire to improve listening and teaching skills
