Job Description
Customer Success Manager at Kadince, providing support for financial professionals remotely. Responsible for onboarding and ensuring customer satisfaction while helping them use software tools effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and onboarding for financial professionals
- Assist customers in using the software effectively
- Review emails and respond to customer requests
- Log customer interactions in Salesforce
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Set and meet KPIs for customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working in the financial industry
- Experience with community involvement, CRA, complaints, or marketing
- Compassionate with a lot of empathy
- Self-starter who doesn’t need every moment of the day planned
- Desire to improve listening and teaching skills
