Job Description
Dealer Relations Manager growing dealership partnerships for BizzyCar’s automotive SaaS platform. Driving onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewals, and account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership partners, from Dealer Principals to Service Managers
- Lead onboarding, provide proactive support, and deliver ongoing training
- Serve as the primary BizzyCar representative for dealership teams
- Lead product implementations and communicate new features and updates
- Align BizzyCar software with dealership workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and help dealerships achieve their goals
- Identify upselling and renewal opportunities
- Encourage dealership referrals and leverage success stories
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the dealer experience
- Monitor account health using tools such as HubSpot
- Proactively address account challenges and support retention
- Analyze dealership performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Report key performance indicators contributing to company growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years in sales, account management, customer success or service, preferably in a retail environment
- Must have automotive dealership or automotive tech experience
- Proven track record in franchise dealership operations or selling integrated solutions to dealerships
- Account risk mitigation or save motion experience preferred
- Experience using CRM tools, including HubSpot
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate product features into dealership success stories
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience negotiating win-win solutions and managing complex accounts
- Ability to travel up to 75-100%, including overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call as needed
- Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Must complete Form I-9 and present unexpired employment authorization documents
