Job Description
Delivery Manager leading automation projects from planning to delivery at Probe Group. Building trusted client relationships and coaching delivery teams in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead automation projects from planning through to delivery and handover
- Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery governance
- Build trusted client relationships and act as a delivery advisor
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting tailored to stakeholder needs
- Lead and coach multi-disciplinary delivery teams (onshore & offshore)
- Support pre-sales activity and identify growth opportunities within accounts
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience delivering technology or automation solutions
- Hands-on experience with RPA, workflow, or automation platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
- Comfortable working in structured delivery environments with a pragmatic approach
- Certifications PMP or PgMP certification preferred. Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe or LeSS) certification is advantageous. PROSCI Change Practitioner certification desirable.
