Job Description

Panel Digital Growth and Optimisation Manager overseeing digital marketing and content teams at M3, focusing on online performance and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the Digital Marketing and Content teams, ensuring high performance, alignment, and professional development.
  • Oversee team structure, workflow management, and resource planning to support multi-panel digital priorities.
  • Build digital capabilities across the function through training, guidance, and support in emerging tools, channels, and practices.
  • Own the global digital growth and optimisation strategy across all centralised panel brands.
  • Develop unified frameworks for digital planning, execution, testing, and reporting across web, social, paid media, SEO, and content.
  • Ensure digital strategies align with Global Panel objectives, brand guidelines, and business targets.
  • Establish governance standards for digital content, channel usage, user experience, and creative quality.
  • Introduce and refine digital policies, workflows, and operational guidelines for cross-functional adoption.
  • Drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing, CRO frameworks, SEO enhancements, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee analytics, dashboards, and KPIs with a focus on acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI.
  • Identify digital performance gaps, risks, and opportunities across markets and brands, proposing actionable improvements.
  • Guide teams in the use of analytics platforms, tracking tools, and reporting methodologies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor competitor and market trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovation opportunities.
  • Ensure digital outputs support broader Panel goals, including member lifecycle optimisation and brand elevation.
  • Partner with design, technology and engineering teams to improve digital platforms, user experience, automation, and data flows.
  • Provide strategic oversight for key digital campaigns, brand initiatives, and multi-channel content programs.
  • Review and approve major digital and content deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment.
  • Support large-scale initiatives such as new panel launches, rebrands, market expansions, or new digital channels.
  • Ensure that digital and content teams work efficiently together, maintaining cohesive messaging and impactful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to advance digital maturity through new tools, automation, personalisation, and optimisation technologies.
  • Lead adoption of best practices in UX, SEO, analytics, testing frameworks, and customer journey optimisation.
  • Proactively recommend new digital channels, formats, and approaches to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand, editorial, regulatory, and data privacy standards across digital activities.
  • Promote high-quality delivery, consistency, and accuracy across all digital and content outputs.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or digital content roles.
  • Prior experience managing managers and leading multi-disciplinary digital teams.
  • Experience working in B2C, healthcare, multi-market, or multi-brand environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) and SEO platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems, automation platforms, and experimentation tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing best practices across paid, organic, content, SEO, and social.
  • Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Second-language proficiency preferred but not required.
