Job Description
Digital Marketing Assistant managing social media presence and brand awareness for a creative design studio. Collaborating with teams to create engaging content on various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day activity across social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to engagement
- Grow brand awareness by following, engaging with, and building relationships with relevant accounts, communities, and collaborators
- Take ownership of written content for social media, ensuring all posts reflect the brand’s tone of voice, values, and visual identity
- Work closely with creative and design teams to ensure content aligns with ongoing projects, campaigns, and brand direction
- Plan and support content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting
- Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to help refine content and growth strategies
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices within the creative and design industry
Requirements:
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and on brand social media copy
- Proven understanding of how to grow social media accounts organically and increase brand awareness
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand voice and consistency
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, or similar
- Confidence engaging with audiences and representing the brand professionally online
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while collaborating effectively with a wider team
- Experience creating social media content (images, reels, videos, stories) (Desirable)
- Familiarity with content planning tools, analytics, or scheduling platforms (Desirable)
- Background or interest in design, branding, or the creative industry (Desirable)
