Job Description
Director of Enrollment Technology at West Virginia University providing strategic leadership for enrollment management IT systems. Overseeing CRM operations, data quality, and team collaboration for admissions processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operation oversight of all information technology systems and CRM platforms supporting enrollment management
- Ensure the effective use of technology, data, and system integrations to optimize recruitment, admissions, financial awarding and disbursing, and other enrollment management processes
- Manage CRM systems: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the University’s robust enrollment management CRM
- Provide strategic vision and enhancement planning to enrollment technologies and platforms
- Collaborate with other Enrollment Management teams to support, analyze and streamline admissions and recruitment workflows
- Supervise and mentor IT and CRM staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Higher Education, Business, or related field
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in CRM administration, IT systems, or enrollment management
- Experience with CRM platforms (Slate preferred) and SIS platforms (Banner preferred)
- Experience with reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, ARGOS, etc.)
- Work experience which provided analytical and technical skills
