Job Description
Director of Growth Marketing leading Alpha Lion's paid media, creative, CRO, and influencer strategies. Responsible for driving new customer acquisition and enhancing customer value.
Responsibilities:
- integrate paid media, creative, CRO, and influencer strategy into a single growth system
- drive customer acquisition by optimizing conversion rate, AOV, profit per visitor, and LTV:CAC
- lead creative strategy and experimentation
- manage and allocate acquisition budgets with precision
- build and operate a disciplined testing roadmap
- partner closely with Brand, Data & Analytics, and E-commerce
Requirements:
- demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, paid media, or growth at scale
- hands-on experience across paid media, CRO, and influencer marketing
- proven ability to develop, test, and iterate on creative, offers, and funnels
- deep comfort working with performance data and metrics
- experience managing meaningful media budgets
