Job Description

Director of Production & Demand overseeing SEO, Content, Design, and GMB teams for lead generation. Building a data-driven engine to achieve measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end production and demand operations across SEO, Content, Design, and GMB teams
  • Own both the production portfolio and demand-generation outcomes
  • Manage the Heads of Operations and Demand Gen
  • Ensure alignment between capacity planning, marketing execution, and lead targets
  • Build an efficient, data-driven engine that consistently delivers high-quality leads and drives sustainable business growth
  • Translate executive priorities into quarterly roadmaps with clear objectives, budgets, and KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional production teams to achieve lead and revenue goals
  • Oversee portfolio governance and the operating cadence
  • Align demand strategy with production capacity to maintain predictable lead supply
  • Optimize resource utilization, vendor management, and process efficiency
  • Implement QA frameworks, automation, and reporting systems to scale quality and consistency
  • Manage P&L levers, ROMI, and cost-performance tradeoffs to protect profitability
  • Represent the organization in leadership meetings, reporting dashboards, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing operations, or production leadership (25+ team scale)
  • Proven success managing SEO, content, and creative pipelines tied to lead and revenue outcomes
  • Strong command of input/output metrics, capacity planning, and financial ROI
  • Skilled in CRM, GA/GA4, Search Console, and dashboard tools (Power BI, Asana, ClickUp, Jira)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and executive communication skills
