Job Description
Senior Marketing Manager leading cross-channel marketing strategy for fintech startup. Collaborating with executives to enhance company growth and brand positioning in Germany and Austria.
Responsibilities:
- You manage our cross-channel marketing strategy — from content and SEO to social media, paid channels, and partnerships
- You bring structure to marketing: campaign planning, project management, budget responsibility, and performance measurement
- You work closely with our CMO, Sales, and Product teams to keep messaging and positioning sharp
- You turn social into a performance channel
- You recognize what works and what doesn’t — and consistently optimize based on data
Requirements:
- Ideally you trained at an agency and learned how marketing truly works — and since then you know how to deliver independently
- You’ve taken responsibility in smaller companies or startups and moved things forward without waiting for a large team
- You take ownership: you can think strategically and roll up your sleeves to execute
- Excellent German and good English skills — you know how to craft messages that stick
- Data-driven mindset: you work with numbers, draw insights, and act on them
