Job Description
District Sales Manager for ENT products driving sales and managing relationships in the USA. Seeking candidates to achieve sales and marketing objectives across multiple states.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the achievement of unit and revenue goals for assigned therapy products in an assigned district
- Assist the district and region in achieving overall assigned therapy product sales and marketing objectives
- Utilize field visits and individual or group meetings and telephone contacts
- Train and develop employees in sales skills and product knowledge
- Coordinate sales efforts and communicate corporate and district missions and goals
- Recruit and interview candidates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience or Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
- Successful medical sales record, preferably with RTG products
- Experience with sales and personnel management functions
- Knowledge of RTG assigned product/therapy customer base
- Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services or related areas
- Valid driver's license
