Job Description
Divisional Vice President overseeing enterprise channel growth in analytics solutions. Driving indirect sales and managing a team of channel managers across the Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Own the BI channel for insightsoftware's analytics portfolio including Vizlib, Fiplana, and PowerON —working with Qlik Elite partners and Power BI consulting firms.
- Address current channel performance gaps by recruiting higher-quality BI partners, improving partner enablement and certification, and increasing win rates, time-to-first-deal and average selling price.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of channel managers, with a focus on building a high-accountability, results-oriented culture.
- Take full ownership of channel sales goals, accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings across channel territories.
- Build effective working relationships across insightsoftware's go-to-market functions including Partner Operations, Partner Enablement, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product/Business Unit leaders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of channel sales leadership experience, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding bookings goals through indirect channels.
- Demonstrated success recruiting, activating, and scaling reseller and co-sell partner channels for SaaS solutions in the enterprise or mid-market segment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop geographically distributed channel sales teams.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills; experienced with pipeline management tools and channel sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and executive presence—comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders both internally and at partner organizations.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
