Job Description
Sales Representative generating leads and closing sales for Enhanced Labs, a fitness supplement brand. Engaging with customers and promoting products through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential and existing customers via email, and chat
- Convert warm leads and inbound inquiries into sales
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with fitness communities, influencers, and affiliate networks
- Recommend products based on customer needs and promote bundles or upsell options
- Manage and track leads through CRM or sales dashboards
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Gather customer feedback and communicate market trends to the marketing and product teams
- Collaborate with the channel managers and marketing teams to ensure smooth post-sale experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (e-commerce or supplement/fitness industry preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with bodybuilding, fitness supplements, or wellness trends is a plus
- CRM proficiency (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Notion, Hubstaff, Social media platforms)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a commission or goal-oriented environment
- Prior remote work experience is a bonus
